If you have ever tried to stop smoking, you probably know how difficult it can be - and how many supposedly foolproof methods there are. Hypnosis is one of the most effective things that you can do to stop smoking easily and successfully, even if you have tried other methods without success.

Most of us associate smoking with something else - we may want to smoke when we drink, or simply when offered a cigarette. Hypnosis also removes this association, or 'trigger' meaning that the next time that situation occurs, subconsciously you won't want a cigarette. These suggestions remain long after the hypnosis sessions are over and done with. Much hypnosis also concentrates on visualization - imagining yourself as a non-smoker instead of someone who smokes.

Hypnosis is completely safe and painless and contrary to popular belief, you cannot be made to do things against your will. Everybody can be hypnotized - even those who don't think they can - and most people find the experience relaxing and pleasant. Hypnotherapists are required to be licensed and will probably suggest several sessions to ensure lasting success.

Rygestop hypnose when practiced properly has a success rate of around 66 percent - more than any other method. If you have dismissed hypnosis as new-age or gimmicky, you should think again. Hypnosis is one of the best methods there is, not only to stop smoking but to deal with many other phobias and habits.
